Privacy

DayDuel's games have no accounts, no cookies and no ads, and we never sell or share data. Here is everything involved.

Your games stay in your browser

Your answers, results, streaks and stats are saved in your browser's storage on your own device. They are never sent to us. Clearing the site's data in your browser removes them.

Anonymous visit counts

We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly counter without cookies or personal data, to count page visits and a few anonymous events: that a game was finished and in which score band, that Share or the daily reminder was pressed, and whether a visit came from a shared result. Nothing identifies you, and nothing links your visits together.

Shared links

A shared result link contains only that day's score, so a friend can see it and try to beat it. It is not stored anywhere.

Where it runs

The games are static files served by Cloudflare. The earlier version of DayDuel (until 31 October 2026) kept an anonymous player id and results on Cloudflare; that version is retired.
